Aiki

Aikiben is derived from the word (合気) Aiki ( Japanese ) or he qi (Mandarin) which both has the same meaning. Direct translation to English of these two words mean "combined-air". However, in context it is derived from Chinese philosophy with the believe that a person's health status, stamina or strength or very existence is determined by ki/qi; the internal energy or life-force.
