Question

[edit]

Jeronimo, Tivoli is effectively not so far from the Tyrrhenian Sea (about 50 km - it is indeed on the other side of Rome, between this and the mountains), but this is not what usually comes to mind when talking of the town. Was there a particular reason for this note that I'm not thinking about now? -[G]

Err, no, a mistake from my side. Jeronimo

Other use of name Tivoli

[edit]

The Miscellaneous section claims that the Danish amusement park is named after Tivoli, while the article about the park itself claims that it is named after ancient parks in Paris (that were in their turn named from the town). Neither article has any reference for its claim. 81.228.216.29 (talk) 19:02, 26 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
