Dec 9, 2004 -- A note from Gabriel Kent a.k.a. "This guy": Firstly, this page was a short autobiography not a resume. It just so happens my notable points stem from my career, not so uncommon I would think. Secondly, I fail to see the logic in redirecting the page to The_Bill because a fictional character has the same name as me. Obviously I came first. Further I fail to see the logic in the redirect because on The_Bill page, there is a link to Todd_Carty (the actor who plays Gabriel Kent) which appears to be (what the voters have called) "vanity" and is in the same URI format as the page I created. I think this is hypocritical. Its too bad that even in an open information forum such as this, an actor in a television show enjoys liberties not extended to others like myself who have worked my whole life on the technologies that enable things such as Wikipedia to be created. I hope the voters that deleted my page feel justified in their decision, despite the hypocrisy. Nonetheless, I created the page for fun and I feel little for its loss, I just thought I would point out what I believe to be a flaw in the voters reasoning as I do not enjoy being labeled vain. Thank you for your time :)

Egad. This guy has had his resume on Wikipedia for almost two months. RSpeer 22:14, Nov 30, 2004 (UTC)
