An empty talk page? Well, not anymore. Good gynae edits there, Tarek. What's your field? JFW | T@lk 19:42, 13 Nov 2004 (UTC)

Hey JFW! Thank you for your comment. I am a lowly student, but my edits are on account of the fact I have a Reproductive system exam on Monday.. Monday night, I will switch specialties to GI : ) When I grow up, though, I want to be an ER doc. As a note, most of this is "cleaning up and porting" wiki articles on the wiki I use to study, aka IKE. The problem is that with the speed we receive information in school, it's hard to ensure that it's all concise, clean and FDL-able. Any advice? Also, I noticed that you're part of WikiProject "Clinical medicine". How may I become more informed and contribute to it? Tarek 20:06, 13 Nov 2004 (UTC)
Read through it and add your name. You're very welcome + have fun! JFW | T@lk 22:56, 13 Nov 2004 (UTC)

Spinal Cord Injury

[edit]

Hello, Tarek, and welcome to Wikipedia!

Thank you for fixing the typos on spinal cord injury. I created that article while fulfilling some requests, but I don't have time to maintain or expand it all that much. It could use a good home, if you would like to adopt it. -- ClockworkSoul 04:25, 7 Dec 2004 (UTC)

Hey Soul! Thank you for your kind words. I'm not sure what 'adoption' entails, but I wouldn't mind watching over the article and trying to expand it, though I am seriously overextended as is.. Tarek 00:02, 11 Dec 2004 (UTC)

Yes, that looks fine. It was a minor complaint anyhow. I must compliment you on cleaning up such a touchy article. It's been stable for weeks now whereas it was formerly a living edit war. I still think the title is troubling, but anyone who bothers to read the article should see it's NPOV. If I have any ideas I'll be sure to post them. Cool Hand Luke 08:55, 23 Dec 2004 (UTC)

You mistook my words ,Zain

[edit]

Assallam-o-Allaikum,

you mistook my words of Alleged. Please see the earlier version before my changes. They removed the list all together. So I gave it a temporary name. So they can't use the NPOV issue and remove the list altogether.

Expecting to remain in touch with you.

Thanks

I never wanted pic on the page. It was because of 'Abdel Qadir' (who some say is sock puppet of sock puppets orignally alberuni). He attempted to put a pic on talk he was rejected. i just helped him to make his case for putting it on the talk page. That's all . And the pic which he orignally put was not the one he put later that was not a vomiting type pic. See the talk history of that page.

VfD

[edit]

The current status is that the pages are awaiting transwikiing to WikiSource. It was my judgment that there was not a consensus to keep the material at Wikipedia itself, but that there was a consensus to retain the material, thus the move to Wikisource. I don't know when that will be carried out, but the material will still be available. It looks like the talk pages were restored--I had goofed earlier and miscounted the transwiki votes. Mackensen (talk) 01:18, 30 Dec 2004 (UTC)

Please have mercy on my soul and put the page at its final resting place before List of Palestinian children killed by Israelis in 2004 gets any more obscene! Tarek 01:45, 30 Dec 2004 (UTC)

I did get your message on this matter, and I'm forced to conclude politics yeilded different outcomes. Several delete voters on the Palestinian children VfD were AWOL on the terrorism VfD which should have rightly been transwikied/deleted/whatever for precisely the same reasons. In fact, as Dr Zen pointed out, the terrorism pages were even more likely to be POV due to the murky definition of the list as opposed to the relatively straightforward "Palestinian children killed by Israelis". 3 revert rule

[edit]

You've violated the Wikipedia:3 revert rule. If you revert List of Palestinian children killed by Israelis in 2004 again, you may be temporarily blocked from editing. Thanks, ugen64 02:39, 30 Dec 2004 (UTC)

Hi there: I have removed your redirect on this subject to slipped disc, which it is not, and have written a reasonable length article on the topic.--Anthony.bradbury 22:20, 10 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Social exclusion, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Roma (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
