    This page is NOT for challenging the outcome of deletion discussions or to address the pending deletion of any page.
    Shortcuts

    Requests for undeletion is a process intended to assist users in two cases. The first case is restoring pages or files that were uncontroversially deleted via proposed deletion, under certain speedy deletion criteria (such as maintenance deletions (G6) or stale Articles for creation drafts (G13)), or in deletion debates with little or no participation other than the nominator. In the second use case, this page is also intended to serve as a central location to request that deleted content be "userfied", i.e., restored as a draft or emailed to you; this way, the content can be improved upon prior to re-insertion into the mainspace, or used elsewhere (you may also make a request directly to one of the administrators listed here).

    This means that content deleted after discussion – through deletion processes – may in some cases be provided to you, but such controversial page deletions will not be overturned through this process but through deletion review instead. Copyright violations and attack pages will not be provided.

    Do not request that pages deleted under speedy deletion criteria F7, F9, F11, U5, A7, A9, A11, G3, G4, G10, G11 or G12 be undeleted here.

In general, Wikipedia considers a topic to be notable if there exist multiple reliable sources of information on the topic, external to the subject itself. Articles concerning people will be deleted on sight if they are considered to be unambiguous advertising or promotion, or if they do not contain a credible assertion of the significance of the subject.     The problem with the process is that when I started the article the redlink page was not linked to the Draft:Meenakshi Raveendran which was showing now. So I don't have an information about an existing draft. The admin which you mention here Liz was not part of my discussion instead Jeraxmoira taged the page for a speedy deletion. I contested the speedy deletion on the talk page Talk:Meenakshi Raveendran. But that talk page was now non existent. Deb was deleted this page saying that "A much better draft already exists" but the link to the draft was not established. I am the only person who edited that article and simply delete a page without pinging me is not a good practice in Wikipedia. I am not trying to do any kind of VANDALISM. Also this article passes the notability criteria. So I need the article back that is the point. WP:DRV says I need to paste the code where the discussion happens. and Talk:Meenakshi Raveendran page is now non existent. And finally if there was a better draft then I can import all the better content into existing article. This is a clear case of non consideration of the work of a Wikipedia editor. This does not necessarily mean a suitable article on this topic cannot be created. If it is a notable topic, e.g., multiple reliable, secondary, published sources that are entirely independent of the subject have written about it in substantive detail (not just mere mentions), then a neutrally written article may be possible.
