Hi - you should use {{fairuse}} not the verified tag - as the images haven't been verified as fair use as you've just uploaded them.... Secretlondon 01:56, 4 Jul 2004 (UTC)

Aren't album covers supposed to be verified fairuse items? I have no problem with changing it, just wondering. Thanks for the advice :-) KeyStorm 02:09, 4 Jul 2004 (UTC)

Pardon me, but I posted a counterargument. Then you hid it as a minor edit, which a major revert is definitely not. This is not very wikilove.--Samuel J. Howard 03:17, Sep 10, 2004 (UTC)

Do you plan on doing anything more with this page, and the images and templates you created? If not, then please mark them with {{deletebecause|User test}} . Thanks. -- Netoholic @ 20:22, 2005 Jan 31 (UTC)

At Baix Lllobregat you "updated" (according to your edit summary) the population of Sant Joan Despí, but the context still indicates this as a 2002 population. Assuming that your number is, indeed, more recent, would you please correctly associate a year with it (presumably in parentheses, following the number). Thanks. -- Jmabel | Talk 03:38, Jun 12, 2005 (UTC)

Beer WikiProject

[edit]

Hi,

In case you haven't seen it yet, we've got a WikiProject on beer going. Have a look at Wikipedia:WikiProject Beer. I started it not aware that you were trying to get a similar thing going already, but feel free to add your ideas to the project. I hope you'll consider joining! --Daniel11 23:53, 24 Jun 2005 (UTC)

BeerBox template

[edit]

Hi there. I came across the set of templates you created related to Template:BeerBox. They are listed over at Wikipedia:WikiProject Beer as being developed, but noones edited them since you back in mid-September. I wonder if I can interest you in indicating the project talk page whether they should be taken to Templates for Deletion or not. -Splash 21:25, 17 July 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Unspecified source for Image:HIM_AndLoveSaidNo.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:HIM_AndLoveSaidNo.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 08:39, 1 June 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. MER-C 08:39, 1 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free image (Image:Engel fan edition.jpg)

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Engel fan edition.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 06:44, 17 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for uploading Image:Culés.jpg. You've indicated that the image is being used under a claim of fair use, but you have not provided an adequate explanation for why it meets Wikipedia's requirements for such images. In particular, for each page the image is used on, the image must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Can you please check

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for each article the image is used in.
  • That every article it is used on is linked to from its description page.
