WP:YESPOV - Indicate the relative prominence of opposing views. Ensure that the reporting of different views on a subject adequately reflects the relative levels of support for those views, and that it does not give a false impression of parity, or give undue weight to a particular view. For example, to state that "According to Simon Wiesenthal, the Holocaust was a program of extermination of the Jewish people in Germany, but David Irving disputes this analysis" would be to give apparent parity between the supermajority view and a tiny minority view by assigning each to a single activist in the field.

WP:STEALTH- (Pakistanis often do Stealth canvassing. But it's difficult to prove. You should have email connection with users whom you trust. Don't email any Indian editor without knowing his nature. Once I emailed five Indian editors about an AFD as the Pakistanis were acting as a WP:TAGTEAM. Three Indian editors supported me, while one told administrators that I emailed him and I was accused of WP:STEALTH)

WP:OFFER- Banned users seeking a return are well-advised to make significant and useful contributions to other WMF projects prior to requesting a return to English Wikipedia per this 'offer'. Many unban requests have been declined due to the banned user simply waiting the six months out, without making any contributions to other projects. Other WMF projects are https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Main_Page and https://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page

After Mar4d got blocked in English Wikipedia, he is very active in Simple English Wikipedia.
