Warner Bros. Discovery is an American multinational mass media and entertainment conglomerate based in New York City. The company works in the following areas: film, television, cable networks and publishing operations.

The following is a list of major assets that are owned by Warner Bros. Discovery. As of 2023, the company's assets are reported under three segements: Studios (which consists of the Warner Bros. film and television studios, alongside the company's consumer products, interactive entertainment, licensing and publishing divisions), Networks (which consists of the company's television portfolio including its entertainment, lifestyle, news and sports networks) and DTC (which consists of HBO and the company's streaming services, including Max and Discovery+).[1]
