stress

[edit]

The stress is on the A, ER.ri.A.po, but I don't know the value of the vowels. Based on other Cassical names, I'm assuming air'-ee-ap'-oh, but if someone knows better, please correct here and on the Saturn satellites page. --kwami

The stress was found in a single reference, but is supported by incriptions with a double P:
Deo Erriape <F=E>austina v(otum) s(olvit) l(ibens) m(erito)
Erriappo deo Q(uintus) Fufius Spectatus
Evidently the o is long in Latin, Erriapō (UCSB classics dept.) kwami 02:45, 2005 May 4 (UTC)
