I found the title of this entry a little misleading. Stari Grad just means "Old City" in English, correct? And several other cities have a Stari Grad (including Mostar). The first sentence clarifies the exact geographical location of Stari Grad, but I think it might be clearer if the title of thie entry was "Stari Grad Municipality, Sarajevo".

What do you think?

Pigeon Square

[edit]

Can somebody puh-leeze mention Pigeon Square? I can't remember the local term for it. You know, the place with the fountain and all the pigeons. Sebilj! That's it! I just remembered! But I know nothing about the fountain or its significance or if the pigeons are the Rock Apes to Sarajevo's Gibraltar or anything like that. I'm just a Canuck kid who lived in the city for 12 months.

Wrong co-ordinates

[edit]

The lat/long coordinates for Stari Grad appear to be incorrect. They point to the middle of nowhere on a mountain. I don't know where it is, otherwise I'd change them myself.
