sourcing
[edit]http://www.safepiercing.org/piercing/faq/ And other stuff on the APP website has some great sources, and a lot of information that could be summarized here. Rejection (piercing) would probably be a good article to put together, rather than a little blurb here, and likely on a lot of the other articles. Punkonjunk (talk) 21:58, 19 October 2012 (UTC)
union
[edit]Sorry -- I had just started another article in the same vain called "surface-to-surface piercing", then I found "surface piercing". So, I "unioned" the two articles by including the additional things I had written (mostly some additional examples), and changed "surface-to-surface piercing" to redirect here.
- what about elbow piercing? i've seen it Amirman 12:36, 3 March 2007 (UTC)
Aren't eyebrow piercings considered to be the most common surface piercing?
This article is in desperate need of dedicated work (though it is a good start!) and PICTURES! I think pictures are absolutely vital to this sort of article, as those who are not familiar with the piercing/body mod "world" will probably not have any idea what this is talking about. (When talking to people about surface piercings, the generalized reaction is still "You can do that?!?!?!") -jett
I added in a heading thing. I'm not good at wiki but I wanted to make it not look like the same thread I popped up above it. Punkonjunk (talk) 21:59, 19 October 2012 (UTC)
Pictures
[edit]I think some pictures should be included in the article. I have a piercing on my wrist, and when i mention to people that i have a 'surface piercing' many people are clueless, and have no idea what im talking about. Naughk (talk) 23:23, 14 November 2008 (UTC)
