Foot in Mouth is a compilation live EP by rock band Green Day. Released on April 25, 1997, it features recordings from the "Insomniac World Tour" through March 11, 1994 through March 26, 1996. Foot in Mouth was also known as Explosion Live! +5 in Japan. [1][2]

Tracks 2, 4, 6-8 and 10 were recorded in St. Petersburg, Florida on March 11, 1994.

Track 9 was recorded in Tokyo on January 27, 1996 and Track 11 was recorded in Prague in March 26, 1996.
