There are many hyperlinks and URLs in the references section that do not have an archival link. Other editors, please make sure to add archive links from either Wayback Machine or Ghostarchive to all hyperlinks and URLs. It would extremely help in historical preservation and research. [edit]

All sources say 12,000 people, with some populations given for individual cities etc. Milwaukee and Chicago seen to have the leading populations.
